James Chapman and and his father Emory at their home in Concord. James competes in Olympic Taekwondo and won the gold medal in the AAU Junior Olympics 14 - 17 year old black belt division in Detroit and the bronze medal in the USA Taekwondo Nationals in Chicago this year. Emory was an accomplished boxer and won a National Golden Gloves heavyweight title and the National AAU heavyweight title in the 1970s.
