Colby Tutterow helps build a city out of legos at Village Park in Kannapolis Saturday morning. The lego mania event was one of the first associated with the 411 (4 Counties, 1 Book, 1 Community) Community Read project between Cabarrus, Davidson, Rowan, and Stanly Counties. The project is a collaboration of public libraries, parks departments, community colleges and other community partners. All events are loosely tied to the community read book “Mr. Penumbra’s 24-Hour Bookstore,” by Robin Sloan.
